➢ The compressor compresses refrigerant (R134a) through a heat exchanger to heat the water in the tank, which can be controlled via a digital remote.
➢ The refrigerant is sent through the evaporator to extract heat from the surrounding air using a fan, which exhausts “cool air” as a byproduct for use in the installation area.
➢ The refrigerant is sucked back into the compressor, creating a continuous energy circulation cycle until the desired water temperature is reached. For urgent hot water needs, a backup electric heater can be activated.
